Justin & Claire [Merridale Cidery, Vancouver Island Photographer]

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing the very awesome Justin and Claire and their Merridale Ciderworks wedding in Cobble Hill, Vancouver Island! I met Claire through my good friend Natalie, who was ALSO at the wedding! Merridale is probably one of my favourite venues in the area as it has a wide variety of photo options and a unique step. I even considered it for my own wedding venue for our Vancouver Island wedding. The weather […]

Kayleigh & Justin’s wedding at The Beach House, Victoria

A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of heading over to Victoria for Kayleigh and Justin’s wedding at The Beach House. I’ve been excited to photograph this day since we did their engagement session last year and it definitely did not disappoint. This day was full of so much love and extra special with them getting to spend it with their little one. It was a cool but beautiful day on the beach and even though we got a […]

Melanie & Matt’s Wedding at Fort Langley Golf Club

When we met up in Coombs last December for Matt and Melanie’s (affectionately known as M&M) Engagement session – it was pouring rain and I almost wrecked my camera! It is still to date one of my favourite engagement sessions though as Matt and Melanie didn’t care about the rain and we just rain with it! Flash forward to a couple weeks ago for their wedding at the beautiful Fort Langley Golf Club and it was the complete opposite – […]

Zack & Allyson’s Session at Fleetwood Park [Surrey Photographer]

Zack and Allyson are good friends of Vasilika and Mike who you met late last year. They are going to be in their wedding party for the manning park wedding so it was a great chance to get to know them in advance! They had never really had professional photos done before (even at their wedding a few years ago) so it was fun to work with them on a super sunny day last week. I love their sense of […]

Vasilika & Mike’s Engagement Photos in Langley

I met these two through a dachshund meetup of all places about a year ago. They had brought their little dachshund Kentucky (who is so cute) along and over time I got to know Mike and Vasilika quite well! When the time came around and Mike proposed I was thrilled to hear that Vasilika wanted me to photograph their wedding! As she was in the process of picking a date and venue it was a pleasure getting to know her […]

2015 Favourites

Wow, what a great year! So awesome that I can’t wait for 2016. I went from Vancouver¬†island to Alberta, from Vancouver to Kamloops and plenty here in Langley. From family portraits to boudior, from elopement style weddings to ceremonies with a could hundred people. I love the variety and am excited to see what the next year plays out! I have new services (boudoir especially) and this new branding you may notice my site has merged into. So enjoy some […]

Matt and Melanie’s Engagement Session in Coombs & Parksville

Melanie and Matt are getting married in Fort Langley next year and they actually used to live here in Langley. However, just a couple months ago when we were planning their engagement session they broke the news that they had moved over to Coombs on Vancouver Island (near Parksville). So although they are getting married here, I spend a lot of time on the island and we opted to do their engagement session in their new little hometown! With the […]

Brenda & Mike’s Langley Wedding

When I had first met Brenda and Mike, I remember distinctly sitting back and just listening to them tell their story of what they visioned their wedding to be like. Mostly with some sarcastic comments from Mike and Brenda apologizing for his craziness. I love crazy and after about 10 minutes I finally chirped in and showed a bit of my crazy side too. I think that’s when I won Brenda over: she always says she picked me because I […]

Jill & Kevin’s Vancouver Engagement Session at False Creek/Science World

The majority of my weddings and clients are in Langley these days which of course makes since it’s my hood and I love it! These two are no exception with their wedding next year at the beautiful Fort Langley Golf Course! Jill had originally fallen in love with my work after she saw I was clearly an animal lover (Farfel everywhere) as she is including her horse in some of the photos on her wedding day and being afraid of […]
